About me

My name’s Julia, I’m a registered dietitian located in Boston, Massachusetts. I’ve spent my nutrition career managing the nutrition department of a local nonprofit organization, where I’ve provided nutrition counseling to a wide range of individuals. I’ve worked with clients who have goals of weight loss, have had major life changes, experience different chronic illnesses, and so on.

I use motivational interviewing techniques in order to personalize counseling to each client. Everyone’s needs are different and every person deserves an individualized approach to reach their nutrition goals.

Creating a balanced lifestyle that works for you can feel stressful and overwhelming, I’m here to make that journey feel simple and effective. Whether your goal be weight loss, weight gain, or improving your relationship with food, I’m here to help!
